Our Early Childhood program is for children ages 3 to 6 years old. Our Montessori curriculum focuses on math and language basics and weaves science, art, social studies, movement, and music throughout. When children complete the Early Childhood program, they have finished their Kindergarten year and are prepared to move on to first grade.
The Half Day Program is perfect for students who are just starting school and getting used to the routine.
The Full Day Program is ideal for the student who is finished taking naps and ready for a longer social and academic day at school.
Montessori is unique by design because it is customizable to the child's development rather than what a child "should be" learning at a given age. The curriculum is moved up or slowed down to meet the natural pace of your little one, right where they are.

What we study:
Practical life activities include pouring dry materials, folding napkins, hammer, sew and wash a baby doll. All of these activities are fun, but they also lay a foundation for learning routines, increasing concentration and preparing to hold a pencil , just to name a few.
Education for the senses include beautiful Montessori materials that teach lessons preparing students for math and geometry while also strengthening a child’s senses.
Math is taught though exploring our Montessori math materials. Teachers provide custom lessons tailored to each child’s development. Children begin lessons on zero to ten concepts and can leave the program understanding how to multiply into the 1000s. Children are set up for a lifetime of mathematic success when they learn about numbers as physical quantities and also as written symbols.
Language curriculum begins by working puzzles, sequencing, playing I-Spy and learning the classroom’s language. When students are ready, the alphabet is introduced five letters at a time. Upon mastering letter-sounds, students begin to read three-letter phonetic words, which is the foundation for blending four-letter words and introducing the silent “e.”
Social Studies begins with how our planet was formed, then on to the water cycle and then hands-on exploring models of volcanoes, lakes, islands, bays and capes. Once students have a geographical understanding, we dive deep in to each continent’s unique culture, animal and traditional inhabitants. We learn songs in different languages, taste foods and read books from all over the world. Our hope is that we can help our students understand that we have more in common than we are we are different, and together we can all make the world a better place.
Science curriculum includes the physical science of magnetism, investigation and hypothesis to zoology and botany. We begin with a study of living and non-living things and the importance of respecting all living things.
Art brings the entire scope and sequence of the classroom together. Students are introduced to various art lessons, mediums and artists throughout the year.
